What is my style? I am glad you asked!!  My kitchen style is Transitional.  The transitional style is a blend of contemporary and traditional design.  This is perfect for me because the style gives me the room to mix the laid-back/homy feel with the up-to-date sleek look.  This might directly explain why our weave design is my favorite and the below picture is simply awesommmme!!

I digress (enough about me), lets get back on track.  The reason I ask what your kitchen style is because I would like to be able to suggest a backsplash design if you are debating which one to go with.  HGTV has 15 kitchen styles listed on their website with the following being the most popular: contemporary, traditional, modern, and transitional.  I believe between the 6 designs and 2 color finishes everyone can find a fit for them.  Let’s get down to my suggestion for the top styles.  For the contemporary I think the mosaic design fits best, traditional would be tile/art nouveau, for modern I like brush/diamond, and I would be a hypocrite if I didn’t choose weave for transitional *wink wink*.
